The 240+ acre Pine Ridge Ranch is located near the community of Colmesneil in southeast Texas less than five miles west of the city. Access to the ranch is convenient off FM1745. The city of Lufkin is 50 miles to the north, and Beaumont is 65 miles to the south both via HY69. The property to the east and north is not developed, and is of native forest look and feel. The ranch and the area maintain a good feel with further development likely due to the proximity to Lufkin and Beaumont.
