Pecan Park Ranch is an opportunity to own an undivided interest in a Texas Hill Country ranch in an area that is beautiful in scope and appreciating nicely in value. The ranch provides undivided ownership interest with fifteen (15) limited partner owners. Each owner will own an undivided interest in the property, and can build a dwelling within their designated building envelope. The 1200+ acre Pecan Park Ranch is located near the community of Menard in the Texas Hill Country approximately 8 miles west of the city of Menard. The drive distance from west Austin is 135 miles (per MS Streets & Trips). Access to the ranch is convenient with access from HY 29. Development in the area is good with large ranching neighbors. The ranch and the area maintain a good feel with further development likely due to the proximity to Mason, San Antonio and Austin.

The ranch is approximately two-thirds native Texas Hill Country in appearance and one-third very beautiful pecan park like area with frontage on the San Saba River. The ranch boasts over 1.5 miles of San Saba River frontage. The ranch is free from cactus, and consists of various oak trees (shin oak, post oak, and black jack) and mesquite. An elevation change on the ranch provides for spectacular views of the ranch and the surrounding Hill Country.
