MyRanchsite will acquire ranches for and to the mutual benefit of owners and manage these ranches as the ‘general partner and operator’. MyRanchsite will provide for flexible forms of ownership.
Examples follow:
- MyRanchsite will for fee, acquire and manage a ranch for the sole benefit of a single or dual owner acting as the general partner a contractor/operator for the ranch. The owner and MyRanchsite will set an ‘business operating plan and model’ for funding the on-going operations and long term goals of the ranch.
- MyRanchsite will acquire a ranch for and to the mutual benefit of multiple ‘limited partner’ owners. MyRanchsite will identify a ranch that can support the common interests of multiple owners. For example, MyRanchsite may acquire a ranch with hunting and general recreational use in a rural area for a group of ten limited partner owners per their common desires. MyRanchsite will be the ‘general partner’ of the ranch and manage the affairs of the ranch to an ‘business operating plan and model’ for funding on-going operations and long term goals of the ranch as agreed by the limited partner group and the general partner.
As operators of The Ranch, MyRanchsite will manage all aspects of the property to the mutual benefit of the limited partner group.
