The next two questions will help describe your financial investment that you can make in owning a managed game ranch with other partners. Please keep in mind that each managed game ranch purchase is unique (just like purchasing a home). The actual amounts to be invested will be determined by you and the other people who invest with you to purchase the managed game ranch. The ranch to be purchased and the operating plan for the ranch will be agreed to by each partner involved prior to any purchase contract being offered to the seller of a ranch. For example – six (6) partners each investing $300,000 up front can purchase a 600 acre managed game ranch in the western part of the Texas Hill Country or a 600 acre game ranch in NW Colorado. Or six (6) partners each investing $30,000 at the time of purchase and $30,000 annually for 15 years can purchase the same 600 acre ranch in the western part of the Texas Hill Country or the 600 acre game ranch in NW Colorado.

These two questions will allow you to describe the investment that you expect to make, and do not in anyway indicate a commitment to invest.
