Ranch Management

MyRanchsite will manage the affairs of ranches that are solely owned or where multiple owners share an ownership interest. As the General Partner, MyRanchsite will be responsible for development and administration of the annual and quarterly operating plans, payment of debt and property taxes, filing of IRS and limited partner reporting, banking administration, and oversight of the ranch operations. Additionally, myRanchsite would be responsible for the ranch maintenance and upkeep, project and site contractor selection and oversight, county agricultural exemption management, cattle grazing, hunting on the property, and general oversight of the ranch security and access.

Typical ranch services may include:

• Development of ranch leases (grazing, hunting, hay production, etc)
• Administration of ranch improvement projects (road and lake construction, fencing, food and/or grazing plots for wildlife and livestock, etc)
• Construction of cabins, barns, implement sheds, and hunting blinds
• Wildlife and fisheries management and harvest guidelines
• Timber management
• Water resources and irrigation
• Fair market value assessment
• Marketing and sale of ranch assets
